Joshua Gillett is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Exercise Physiologists have completed a four-year university degree and are allied health professionals who specialise in the delivery of exercise for the prevention and management of chronic diseases and injuries.

Get started
The best way to get started with Body in Motion is by arranging a initial consultation. This consultation includes:
- A thorough medical screening to determine your health status
- Exercise history
- Exercise testing
- Discussion of your exercise and health goals
From this consultation an evidenced based exercise prescription will be tailored to suit you and your specific needs, whether it is a home or fitness centre based program.
At the end of the consultation, a treatment and training plan will be implemented with a clear path that addresses your goals.
Exercise Physiology
Clients who are choosing Exercise Physiology will receive a full assessment and an individualised program. This is ideal for clients needing specialised care, have an injury and/or chronic disease/illness.

Having a personal trainer ensures the best results for your time and effort exercising. This is ideal for clients needing one on one motivation, instruction and direction to achieve a desired goal.
